Work Experience

  • General Motors Cyber Security Resident Engineer – Manage Cyber Security initiatives for the 1.7 million sq.ft. Bowling Green Assembly, home of the Chevrolet Corvette. Regularly meet with the plant and departmental managers to engage the organizations on CS policies. Accountable for rolling out corporate CS deployments and adhering to federal standards and best practices to protect and defend the sites infrastructure and assets. Manage and develop team of engineers through training and deployments. Single point of contact for cyber events and initiatives between Site & Corporate Leadership. Perform audits of network devices for compliance to standards for securing devices. Delegate resources to assist in troubleshooting network issues for remediation. Forecast & plan for technology implementation projects and resource labor budget. Assist with disaster recovery efforts when required. Travel to other General Motors sites to assist as needed
  • Stratus Plastics IT Technician – I was responsible for all networking and other information technology issues at Stratus KY facility. Provided 24/7 on-call technical support for all Stratus KY end users. I worked with managed IT Vendor to ensure correct permissions set for all users. I held cybersecurity training meetings to help non-IT staff learn processes to protect the company from cyber attacks. I designed and implemented new IT policies for Stratus International Employees. Responsible for ensuring network uptime and security. Worked with multiple parties in both Morgantown, Kentucky, USA and Windsor, Ontario, Canada to improve Stratus KY Information Technology processes.
  • KFC Help Desk Intern – I support a network of over 4,000 restaurants which handle multimillion dollars worth of sales. I troubleshoot technical and operational issues at the store and have experience with escalating issues to the proper departments when necessary.
  • Bouncing B’s Inflatable Technician – I helped to set up inflatables at parties, along with making sure safety procedures are followed and collection of payment from our clients.

Volunteer Experience

  • Audio Coordinator – I am the Audio Coordinator for my church. It has been my responsibility since September 2015 to run the microphones and to play the music required for the church youth choir via loudspeakers.
  • Jefferson Memorial Forest – Trail Worker – I help at JMF with trail maintenance and the removal of invasive plant species. I also help to build man-made structures such as bridges within the park.
